Everything in these docs about agents is half the story. The other half is people.
An artifact has one address and one current version, and that is exactly what makes it good to work on together. A teammate opens the same URL you do. What they see is what you see. When either of you changes it, the other's next reload shows the change, and the history says who did what.
No final_v3_REAL.html. No "which attachment is current." One artifact, several people, and any AI you have each connected, all on the same thing.
Bring someone in
Select Share, then Invite people to team, enter their address, and choose a role: Viewer, Editor, or Admin. They get an email invitation, and once they accept they can open the team's artifacts at that level.
A team is the unit of access, not the artifact. Anyone in a team can open every artifact in it. There is no way to give someone one artifact and not the rest.
- Keep private work in a team of its own, with nobody else in it.
- Before inviting anyone, look at what else is in the team. An invitation is to all of it.
- To share one artifact with a different group, make a team for them and duplicate the artifact into it.
Then send them the artifact link from the same dialog. It opens for team members.
What working together looks like
Feedback on a draft. You wrote a plan, or your AI drafted a report. A teammate opens it, and their edits land in the same history, attributed to them, next to yours. If an edit goes too far, restore the previous version; nothing is lost either way.
A living dashboard. An AI keeps a chart current, and the whole team opens the same artifact instead of receiving weekly exports.
A handoff that stays live. You built something with Claude, a colleague picks it up with their own AI, and both sets of changes sit in one history. Nobody merges files, because there is only one.
Several agents, one workspace. Each teammate's AI connects with its own identity. Share → Manage access shows the whole cast, people and agents, in one list.
One habit worth having
If you edit a document by hand, select Save. Auto-save is not live yet, so an unsaved change is one your teammates cannot see. See Edit a markdown artifact.
Working with people outside your team
- Publish an artifact to a public URL for feedback from anyone. See Publish.
- Export it as code, Markdown, or PDF for someone who does not use AgentGrid.io.
- Let them ask. Someone outside the team who opens the link sees a wall and can request access from it. See Request access.
- Your AI can share for you. Ask it to share an artifact with a colleague, and they receive a link.

FAQ
Can I invite a colleague to my team right now? Yes. Share → Invite people to team, by email, at a role.
Can two people edit at the same time? Both changes land in history once each person saves. Reload to see the current version before continuing.
Do teammates see who changed what? Yes. Every change carries its author, human or AI, in the artifact's history.
Does a teammate need their own AI? No. People edit directly. AI is optional, and each person connects their own.
Can I give someone view-only access? Yes, invite them as a Viewer.
