People and agents with access to the artifact's workspace can work on one live artifact and one History. Workspace access decides who can reach it; team membership alone does not mean every artifact is visible.
Bring collaborators in
Manage people through Team management, then grant the needed Workspace access. Connect new agents through Invite an agent and govern them through Team management, with only the capabilities they need. Send the artifact URL from Share after access exists.
Collaborate live
Markdown supports continuous autosave and simultaneous editing. Presence and remote selections appear where supported, and edits update live without routine reloads. Use Save or ⌘S when you want an explicit History checkpoint.
For focused feedback, use Review and comments: anchor comments to app elements or document passages, mention collaborators, assign authorized agents, reply, and resolve. Notifications surface mentions, replies, and assignments across reachable workspaces.
Apps, agents, and recovery
Use Canvas for visual changes to HTML or React app artifacts that AgentGrid.io can load in its visual editor. Use Edit with AI or a connected agent for source-level work. Agents act with their own identity, workspace access, and capabilities; mentioning or linking an artifact never grants those rights.
If collaboration produces an unwanted result, compare revisions in History and restore the intended one. If a collaborator loses access, a previous notification or URL does not preserve it.
Outside the workspace
Use workspace invitations for private collaboration, export for an offline handoff, or Publish for a public audience. Publishing is explicit and separate from sharing.
