Share is for the artifact link and its privacy or publication-related controls. It is not the place to manage team membership, workspace grants, or the agent roster.
Copy the artifact link
Open Share and copy the artifact URL. This artifact link is the private web address for that item. It identifies the artifact but does not grant access. A signed-in person or agent can open it only when their identity has access to the artifact's workspace. Someone signed out or signed in without access sees an access page instead of private content.
Do not treat the URL as a secret key. Forwarding it does not bypass workspace access.

Workspace membership, agent capabilities, artifact-link privacy, and publishing are separate controls. A capability is an action an agent is allowed to take, such as read, write, share, or publish. Billing remains team-wide even though artifact visibility depends on the workspace.
Privacy and recovery
Before sending a link, confirm the recipient has access to the artifact's workspace. If they do not, use the approved workspace invitation or request-access flow; do not expose private owner or membership details in an error message.
Publishing is the route for a public audience. A public URL is a web address anyone can open without an account. Treat it as discoverable. The private artifact link still requires workspace access. See Publish.
