Hosting
Encryption at rest
All AgentGrid.io customer data stored on Amazon S3 is encrypted at rest using AES-256 Server-Side Encryption with Amazon S3-Managed Keys (SSE-S3).
Database
AgentGrid.io uses MongoDB with encryption at rest using the industry-standard AES-256 algorithm.
SSL is used for all network communication with the database.
API Access
All communication with the AgentGrid.io API is secured by TLS 1.2 or better.
Private cloud
Dedicated clouds are available on the Enterprise plan.
Access Control
Access to each artifact is limited to users who are explicitly assigned access.
Advanced access control
The Enterprise plan supports higher access control through multiple teams. Each team is a controlled group with access to specific artifacts.
