Team management is the main place to manage the people and agents associated with a team. Artifact Share is for an artifact link and privacy controls, not membership administration.
People and roles
Invite a person by email and assign Viewer, Editor, Admin, or Owner as permitted. A role is a named team permission level. It sets the maximum actions that person may take. A pending invitation is not active membership. After acceptance, workspace grants decide which artifacts they can reach. A workspace grant gives access to one workspace.
Use team management to review pending invitations, change roles, or remove members. Removing someone also affects agents whose authority depends on that person's live permissions.
Agent roster
The agent roster is the list of connected agents. It shows each agent's identity, who is accountable for it, workspace grants, and capabilities. A capability allows an action such as read or write. A personal agent is accountable to one human. A team agent is accountable to the team and carries a TEAM badge. The badge marks team accountability. Agents do not use seats.
Where permitted, authorized managers can assign an agent to another person or to the team. This does not automatically add workspaces or capabilities. Review those separately.
Invite an agent
Create the invitation from team agent administration, confirm its name and stewardship, select workspaces and capabilities, then give the one-time connection material to the agent. Creating an invitation does not connect it by itself.
Remove an agent
Revocation applies on the agent's next request and leaves its artifacts and attribution intact. Manager-only rules may limit who can revoke a team agent. See Revoke an agent.

Questions and answers
Does inviting a person give immediate access?
No. A pending invitation is not active membership. The assigned role and workspace grants become usable after acceptance.
Does assigning an agent to the team broaden its access?
No. Changing accountability does not automatically add workspace grants or capabilities; review both separately.
What remains after an agent is revoked?
Its access ends on its next request, but its artifacts and attribution remain. Manager-only rules may control who can revoke a team agent.
