Artifacts belong to a team, not to you. The team name sits in the top left, next to the artifact count.
Why it matters
Whatever you create lands in the team you are currently in. Switch first, create second. It is the most common cause of "where did my artifact go," and the answer is almost always the other team.

In the app
- Select the team name in the top left.
- The list shows every team you belong to, each with your role and a plan label underneath, for example Owner · Pro or Member · Free. The current team carries a check. That label comes from the Anima account behind the team rather than an AgentGrid.io plan — see Plans and usage.
- Choose one. The artifact list reloads for that team.

Agents do not follow you
Switching teams changes what you see. It does not change where a connected AI writes.
An agent is pinned to the team it was approved against. So an assistant you connected to one team keeps creating artifacts there even while you are looking at another. To point it at a different team, connect it again against that team.
Artifacts cannot be moved between teams: duplicate one, or export it and bring the copy back in.
Personal and shared teams
Claiming or signing up for the first time creates a personal team, private to you. A shared team is the same thing with more people in it: invite them from Share → Invite people to team, at a role. See Team management.
Teams are how you separate audiences. Everyone in a team sees every artifact in it, so a second team is the answer whenever some work should not be visible to everyone — client work, a private draft, a different department. Artifacts do not move between teams, so duplicate what needs to exist in both.

Can I move an artifact between teams? Not directly. Duplicate it, or export and bring the copy back in.
Which team does my AI see? The one it was approved against, not whichever you are looking at.
Why can't I find an artifact I definitely made? Check the team, then the owner filter. Those two cover almost every case.
