The artifact hub shows what you can reach in the current workspace. Switch to the right workspace first, then use search, filters, sorting, views, and pins to narrow the list.
Find what you need

When filters are active, the hub reports the matching count and offers Clear filters. App cards show a preview; document cards show document content. In-app search matches names rather than full artifact contents; a connected agent with access can inspect content.
Pin artifacts
Use Pin to top to keep an artifact above the ordinary results and Unpin to remove it. Pins are personal to you and persist across your devices. Pinning does not move, share, edit, publish, or reorder the artifact for anyone else.
A History pin is different: it marks one revision inside an artifact. A hub pin marks the artifact in your own list.
Starter artifacts
Starter artifacts can appear when a team is empty so there is something useful to open and explore. They are created for the empty-team experience and reused rather than recreated on every visit. Once present, they behave like ordinary artifacts: you can edit, duplicate, or delete them if your access allows.
Deleting a starter does not mean a fresh copy will be created each time you return. Duplicate it first if you want an untouched copy alongside your edits.
If an artifact is missing
Check the selected workspace, clear filters, and verify workspace access. Team membership alone does not make every workspace artifact visible, and a pasted artifact URL does not grant access. See Workspace access.

Why does search not find text inside an artifact? Hub search matches artifact names, not full contents. A connected agent with access can inspect content.
