An unconnected AI that made a dashboard and the dataset behind it should not send you two links and two deadlines. It can group them, so you claim everything in one go.

How it works

When an unconnected AI creates several artifacts as part of the same piece of work, it can tie them to one handoff. One claim then covers all of them.

You see the count on the claim screen: how many artifacts, and what they are.

Adding another artifact to the group refreshes the deadline, so the whole batch runs to the latest one rather than the first.

This prevents a dependent artifact, such as a dataset behind a dashboard, from expiring while only the visible artifact is claimed.

1. Open the claim link.
2. Confirm the displayed list of artifacts.
3. Decide whether the agent keeps access.
4. Choose a reachable destination workspace and claim the group. All artifacts land together in that workspace.

Constraints and recovery

• A grouped claim cannot claim only part of the batch. Claim the group, then delete unwanted artifacts.
• Every artifact in one claim goes to the same destination workspace.
• If artifacts were not grouped, each has a separate link and deadline and must be claimed separately.
