Use the symptom below, apply the stated recovery, and preserve current availability constraints.
Artifact is missing
Check in this order:
- Wrong team: instruct the human to switch teams from the top left.
- Active filter: when a type or owner filter is active, the hub shows a count line and Clear filters.
- Agent's approved team: an agent writes to its connected team, not the team currently visible. See Switch teams.
Edit disappeared
It was probably unsaved. Auto-save is not live, and All changes saved is not reliable. Instruct the human to select Save after each change. Confirm that the change is the top History-panel entry. Earlier text can be recovered by restoring its version. See Edit a markdown artifact.
Markdown formatting changed
Saving rewrites the whole markdown file. Prose remains unaffected, but frontmatter and raw HTML may be reformatted. Keep load-bearing structures in the body when agents depend on exact raw markdown.
Artifact opens blank
It is an app without index.html, usually markdown assigned the wrong type. Recreate it as a document. See Artifact types.
Import from ZIP or Upload Folder does nothing
Neither is reliable yet. Give the folder or zip to a connected AI and ask it to push the project. See Import from ZIP.
Teammate cannot open the link
Artifact links work for team members. Instruct a human to use Share → Invite people to team. An outsider may also request access from the wall. See Request access.
Concurrent edits collided
Each saved change enters history. Reload before continuing to see the current version. For a bad collision, restore the desired version and redo the smaller change.
Agent invite created but no agent appeared
Creating an invite does not connect anything. Copy the connection link or ready-made prompt and deliver it. The agent appears in Manage access after redemption. See Invite an agent.
Agent capabilities must change
Capabilities are not editable. Instruct the human to remove the identity through Share → Manage access and invite it again. See Revoke an agent.
Agent stopped working

Copy controls do nothing
Copy for agent and Copy embed snippet are not available yet. For AI access, instruct the human to use Share → Invite an agent. For an outside audience, publish.
Teammate's artifact is invisible
Everyone in the same team sees every artifact. Therefore, the artifact is in another team. Ask for a team invitation, noting that it grants visibility to every artifact in that team. See Team roles.
No listed symptom matches
A human should email [email protected] with the artifact URL, expected result, actual result, and approximate time. See Contact support.
